6. No Refund Policy

Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment gateway errors are beyond SMM.Jet’s control.

Fake or edited payment proofs may result in permanent suspension.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

SMM.Jet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for:

Fraud

Spam

Abuse

Multiple accounts

System misuse

Remaining balance may be forfeited in such cases.

11. Privacy Policy

User data is kept confidential and is not sold or shared with third parties.

We collect only necessary information for service delivery.

We do not guarantee protection against third-party hacks or breaches.

12. Disclaimer

SMM.Jet does not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, followers retention, or engagement stability.

All services are used at the user’s own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

SMM.Jet shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages including:

Account suspension

Content removal

Financial loss

Reputation loss

Support is provided only through the official panel ticket system.
